Is this bug present for you with upstream (non-staging) wine?
I just switched to 5.19 (non-staging) and the error also occurs.
I don't see it, but it also looks like a potential windowing bug, so it may be a matter of my window manager (KWin/KDE).
I am running openSUSE Tumbleweed with LxQt Desktop.
