The picture is taken of the presentation of Explorer by Q4Wine. They stated it was not their problem, as they don't provide the Explorer function, it comes from Wine...
I disagree with the closure. Explorer comes from somewhere...
If you can reproduce it with plain wine, feel free to reopen.
