launch photoshop cs5
open a new document (white background)
select the brush tool (black color for example)

try to draw something with the mouse.

most of the time, only the first click work, drawing the shape of the brush.
and sometime.. for whatever reason, you can draw something, as long as you keep
the left mouse button pushed.

the problem is not only on the brush, but on every tool where you need to keep
the left mouse button pushed.

this bug wasn't there in wine 1.3.28.
