[Bug 13829] Wine does not have CJK fonts

P.S.: A workaround is to modify the original windows application. Instead of
usign the default charset the program should finding out the charset of the
text to be displayed and use that charset when creating the font. Trying also
to use different fonts when characters from different charsets are required.
Not always this is possible, but it should help most situations.
