[Bug 25843] Wine causes terminal to lose some inputrc settings

I don't have the Ubuntu system handy anymore. On the mac, I have only the
~/.inputrc that I listed in the original report, and there is no /etc/inputrc.
After a quick Google, I wasn't able to find a way to just list the current
inputrc settings, so I don't know if that mac is doing something behind the
scenes.
