Skype 3.8 Crash on Win98 w/ powrprof

I'd never heard of "powrprof" but I assumed that was a debug option, so I ran: 
env WINEPREFIX="/home/davis/.wine" env WINEDEBUG="+powrprof" wine "C:\Program
Files\Skype\Phone\Skype.exe"

I attached the output from that run. If I ran this wrong, please let me know
what I did wrong and I'll happily re-run it.  Thanks.
