[Bug 17198] World Editor: Tree Component of Unit Editor doesn't (re)draw corretly

after moving the window out of view and back in again

I noticed that the misplaced items "Eigene Einheiten (0)" and "Neutral Passiv"
are no longer visible, if I refresh the window my moving it out of the actual
screen and back in again. This isn't correct either, as they should be
displayed at the bottom of the tree view.
