Hello,

Confirming fixed in wine 5.20.

It's too bad that the author of the patch didn't open a bug himself to inform
of the issue he was working on. I think that it should be a recommendation of
the patch submission process, at least when the patch relates to issues that
affects Windows applications (as opposed to wine internals/commands).
