Doesnt seem to be working on AMDGPU with stable version builds of
mesa/vulkan-radeon (18.3). Thou havent managed to get my Opensource AMD drivers
to launch any title with DX12 so problem might be lying more on there.
Upgrading to more recent gits might help there.

If anyone have tried to run vkd3d or even wow with AMD. Sharing some results
would be lovely.
