Google points to this: http://support.microsoft.com/Default.aspx?kbid=913384 But, as sayed here: http://www.devcow.com/blogs/jdattis/archive/2007/08/06/6853.aspx - it will not install until you log under Service User. So it not installing, really (some "access violation" error), but maybe because some other problem =)
