Hi confirming.

I copied native msvcrt from my windowsdrive to syswow64, and then with native
msvcrt the bug is gone.

After starting program one time, it also starts with builtin msvcrt, so
probably only present after initialization when the program is ran for first
time after installation

I'll attach a debuglog hereafter

@Reporter of bug: please in future add downloadlink if the program is free to
use.
