That makes sense. I'll give your patchset a go today then and also compare it
with vanilla 10.0.

(I realise the launcher is likely still going to be broken after the patchset,
but I want to test to make sure that this will actually stop the WebView
installation. After I apply the patches and test that, I'll likely just switch
to using XIVLauncher for my regular logins if it is still broken.)
