To play Star Trek Armada .bik video files, you can't use latest RAD video tools. Compatibility was broken with old bik files since many years ago. This also happens in Windows.
I installed RAD Video tools 1.1b in Wine 8.0.2 and it plays Star Trek Armada .bik video just fine.
