[Bug 28097] gdiplus fonts test fails unless Times New Roman installed?

This bug is actually fixed, the tests no longer fail because if missing
Times New Roman font. Not sure which sha1 is responsible for the fix.

Now the tests fail because of missing Arial, and for that one I'd suggest
to open new bug report. And a possible fix is to skip the test if Arial
is not installed.
