[Bug 10134] regtlib.exe from .NET 1.1's dotnetfx. exe installer crashes with heap problem

When I attempt to run this on a Mac PowerBookPro with MacOSX 10.4.10 installed
I get a very interesting dump.  Attached is the WINEDEBUG=warn+heap,+process
$WINE dotnetfx.exe log file.
