in the CVS version starting from the 2005-07-01 the new EM_GETLINECOUNT function
breaks the Eve Online logserver.

the function returns the value 2
if you overwrite the return value with 0 the logserver works as before

Reproduction:
- run the logserver.exe (download the full client at http://www.eve-online.com/
 or the logsserver.exe from http://elfe.mine.nu/eve/logserver.exe.bz2)
- create a new workspace (CTRL+W)

result:
- pre 2005-07-01 a window with white background opens and would show log entries
if the game runs
- 2005-07-01 and later the logserver opens an error window "Error reading
RichEdit.Lines.Strings: RichEdit line insertion error."
