Fallout 4 music skips

so this time I removed the 
export PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=60
and set the wine audio driver to pulse, I had set it before hoping maybe it
would fix it somehow..

everything else the same though. 
I didn't have any sound crackling or change to the issue, as far as I could
tell in running it though.

still skipping.
