[Bug 21789] Vampire - Bloodlines Crashes During Level Load

Not sure what to post on this bug. I just tested it (in order to get the logs),
and had 2 crashes when the game first started, and then no crashes, even when a
level was loaded. 2 days ago it was completely consistent.

I can still attach the logs from the 2 crashes I had loading the app from
Steam.
