So not to pollute bug 27033

1. Download http://www.usb-over-network.com/usb-over-network-client.msi
2. msiexec /i on a WoW64 prefix
3. Accept TOS
4. On next screen, click "Browse"
5. Click "OK". It doesn't seem to matter which folder it's looking in.
