[Bug 15032] Problems with Webpage content in Station Launcher

Still in 1.3.1. Trying to activate a trial gives an error about disabled
cookies. Installing native ie6 and wininet gets it a bit further, but the
window is now blank, with ie6's 404 page.

A few fixme's pointed toward secur32, mdac27, and art2kmin, so tried those with
winetricks, but no luck.
