Check to see if there's a file called "gameinfo.txt" in your game files, TF2's
gameinfo.txt file is located in its "tf" folder. After reinstalling the game
and verifying that gameinfo.txt is in the folder, it worked perfectly. No
reason to disable gameoverlayrenderer.dll, that's never been an issue with me.
