Re-upgraded to wine-staging 5.2, removed ~/.wine, recreated it using wineboot
-u, tried to run winecfg again (and it failed, as before). Then, ran the
command:

ls ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32 | pastebinit

and the result is in http://paste.ubuntu.com/p/rdJxkDYHth/
