[Bug 4935] IHP Kitchen: Unhandled page fault on read access

This bug should be over now but I can't verify it as the program doesn't start
for me anymore. If anyone is still interested in this app perform a regression
test (see wiki.winehq.org for info about that) to figure out which patch caused
this error.
