[Bug 18688] Ventrilo crashes on startup

I went to the Ventrilo website and to my amazement they've released several new
versions since the one I'm using (3.0.1), so I couldn't find a download link
for that version there.

I've never used the site linked above, it was the result of a "ventrilo 3.0.1
download" search on google.com.

I'm going to upgrade to 3.0.5 (available from ventrilo.com) locally, because
there's several other good fixes in these versions. "Hopefully" the bug will be
present in this version as well in case you need me to test any further.
