This is odbccp32 issue again.
There are only two new lines introduced in the "bad" log:

trace:loaddll:load_builtin_dll Loaded module L"...system\odbccp32.dll" : builtin
 ...
 fixme:odbc:SQLGetAvailableDrivers

Overriding ODBCCP32 to Native should suffice (as a workaround).
