[Bug 21463] Star Trek: Starfleet Command III fails to start

I used that patch on wine-git. I think it worked (I got a malformed line msg
but no errors).

The game currently plays the videos but at the main menu it's just a blank
screen with music playing. When I ctrl-c out I get;
