[Bug 10426] Starcraft sound other than music breaks in 0.9.49

Built 0.9.48 and 0.9.49 from source to verify that it was new in 0.9.49 as a
first step towards regression testing. Now it works, with 0.9.49 from source
and even with the binary package! :| Maybe this bug should be closed?
