This bug should be reopened, it have never been fixed. I still have this bug
with every version from 0.9 up to current (1.1.28). The attached file
"wrap_oal.dll.zip" resolved the sound problem, but the sound still doesn't work
with the game's default dll. I can only hear some noises.

Please reopen this bug.
