[Bug 12679] Trackmania nations forever does not install Openal

At least on my computer with latest GIT, the dll is still not installed at all.
I know that at for many people the dll seems to be installed but not working
but in my case there is none in the game folder.
I'm putting the file list in attachment to make things clear.
