[Bug 32276] Railworks Trainsimulator 2013 fails to run

!!UPDATE!!

Downloading ole32.dll moving it to windowns/system32 and overiding ole32.dll in
winecfg gets it to the menu but now i got new issues involving 3d. this repeats
over and over.
