On Windows it has no effect for Tropico 5. This patch only broked output image in several games like S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Call of Pripyat (DX10-11). Now there is a green screen instead of game image.
Yeah, it's a hack for Tropico. It isn't surprising that it breaks other games.
