[Bug 9618] Dragon Naturally Speaking 7 takes many minutes to start up

Today you also have to ignore one more dialog;
after dragonpad is up, and after the <???> window shows up,
there's one more dialog: a C library runtime error.
Ignore it, and recognition procedes normally.
