new version
fix work ATI videocard (test Radeon HD5570)
http://www.aewi.info/rgl/rgl_max.patch maximization performance (~10%) decrease content switch from 45000-55000 to 10000-20000 in second
The rgl_max patch fixed the freezing that I was getting (mentioned above). Without it it's still there. I do occasionally get a black screen flash in WoW, when entering buildings mostly, but it's quick and not gameplay hindering. Starcraft 2 runs nicely as well.
Be aware that when compiling on Gentoo amd64 it fails QA check -------- * QA Notice: Package has poor programming practices which may compile * but will almost certainly crash on 64bit architectures. * * Function `wine_glGetString_' implicitly converted to pointer at /home/extra/tmp/portage/app-emulation/wine-1.3.16/work/wine-1.3.16/dlls/opengl32/wgl.c:654 --------
I have to bypass install_qa_check() to get wine installed successfully (if using portage for compilation and installation), but I haven't seen any crashes/instability yet.
