Seems that the plugins are already installed. :|

I tried now different configurations incl. those lutris provides.
Options: Windows 7, 10, 11 | dvxk enabled/disabled | VKD3D enabled/disabled |
iGPU / dGPU, ...
At the end, em client always freezes after adding one email account.
Afterwards, the program doesn't start properly at all.

Based on older posts, other users also didn't manage to get the program
running.
So, seems that I cannot use Wine for running em client & need to find an
alternative.

Nevertheless, thanks for your support.
