I just tested TW3 with Wine mater and minimal rebased staging patches + invisible surfaces patch using newest Mesa master, and noticed a regression (fps was reduced almost in half from before), and it also introduced some weird flickering:
40 fps, no flickering

I'll probably open a Mesa bug about this regression.
Aside from the other problems I described, I'm seeing flickering of some single objects lately with nvidia blob, also low fps (as before). Maybe related?
