With this patch Lightwave works great, but GoogleEarth work as before (that is,
everything is overdrawn with static stars). I didn't yet test other programs
but conclusion is obvious - this patch, unfortunately, is only partial
solution. For me, only solution for all problems related to this bug is now a
little old Chris Robinson' patches which I have mentioned before.

For information: I did test your patch with GeForce 7600 256MB and NVidia
driver 9631. I didn't yet test it with my other videocards and drivers.
