Already tried native quartz, qcap, gdiplus and DirectX all with the same
exception error at the same point.

To get this far I have to use a native mfc42.dll and patchw32.dll, and the
setup program installs the MSXML4 parser as part of the setup.

Using a native quartz gives a slightly different output in the console, so I've
attached both.
