--- Comment #9 from João Guilherme joaogojunior@hotmail.com 2008-06-07 13:33:35 --- I've been running bf1942 fine using a nvidia fx5200 card and nvidia driver 169.12 on wine-1.0rc3 and slackware, but when I downgraded my gfx card to a nvidia mx4000, nvidia driver to 96.43.05 (obviously) and ran the same wine installation on the same bf1942, this exact glitch showed up (the same as Robert Schuster's screenshot), swapping back the fx5200 card and driver 169.12 eliminates the problem... After further testing I found out that wine-0.9.44 was the last version that does not have problems showing text on my test configuration (mx4000+driver96.43.05). On wine-0.9.45 and the test configuration it was a wine: Unhandled page fault before I got to the menus. On wine 0.9.46 and the same test configuration it already was showing this font related problem. All these tests were made using pre built binaries for slackware from winehq. So I believe this is a regression...
