All I did was duplicate the current Wine 1.1.37
AtlModuleRegisterWndClassInfoW() function and changed necessary stuff for Ansi
instead of Unicode.

If possible, I don't want to get involved with all the rules/regulations
associated with submitting a patch.  Have a wine expert review my code and
submit the patch.
