Test case is actually Clipboard.exe from bug 2250 (not 2246)

1. Edit field containing garbage is fixed by

2. Getting copy to work is a little bit harder -- we need to translate the
return value of EM_GETHANDLE from a buffer of WCHAR to a buffer of CHAR
