I think this is the same problem I see on Chessbase17.

Start it from the smaller primary monitor, move the mouse the the larger
monitor. The program starts up with the bottom and right trimmed off the
window.

The workaround does the job as it now always wants to open on the larger
monitor with the right dimensions, though not sure if I want to shift the
primary.
