It looks like it might well be the same issue. However, when it crashes for you
do you get the same backtrace?

I get the same behavior that you described, where there are several blank lines
printed to the console, but then I also get the above crash and backtrace. In
previous versions of wine I did actually get an error message, but the error
messagely was simply that my version of Windows was not supported.

What version of wine are you testing from?
