Terminal log from an installation attempt

Installation of CutePDF Writer crashes with two problems, being one of them
error messages saying:
"fixme:sfc:SfcIsFileProtected ((nil),
L"C:\users\<me>\Temp\is-J6G8Q.tmp\Setup.exe") stub"
"err:module:LdrInitializeThunk Main exe initialization for
L"C:\users\<me>\Temp\is-J6G8Q.tmp\Setup.exe" failed, status c0000135"

(The other problem is lack of MFC42.DLL, which is under Bug 657. There's also
some "fixme:wininet:InternetSetOptionW Option INTERNET_OPTION_CONNECT_TIMEOUT
(number)", but they don't seem to be a major cause of crashing.)
