[Bug 9356] Serial communication not working since wine-0.9.33

So that means they rather come up with non working serial ports (since 0.9.35
now) than having a work around as long as nobody takes care for fixing the
EAGAIN thing.
Unfortunately I am not able to fix it myself, I really hope somebody will.
