For now i guess you have to install native dotnet to get this installed/running
(try for example "winetricks dotnet472")

Your crash looks exactly the same as in bug 47538 so for now i resolve as
duplicate

Note : for me it crashes in several ways when i tried a few times. One time it
crashed like in this bugreport report, other times it crashed differntly. Don`t
know what to make of it...
