As of some recent Wine version around 4.0 FL Studio now minimizes correctly
(the square was probably related to bug #1719 which was also fixed recently).
This can be closed.

Thank you to the Wine team for their ongoing work, I'm truly grateful and I'm
sure many other people are too.
