[Bug 31496] Render-to-fbo with WINED3D_SWAP_EFFECT_FLIP continually spammed in console

Correction to me previous post:  I had upgraded to wine 1.6 to see if that
would solve this (which it did not).  As it turns out, under wine 1.6 I get
that log message spam even with DVDFab 9.0.6.3, however it does NOT cause
issues with the display in 9.0.6.3.
