Wine build: wine-1.6.2
This version of wine is too old. Please test with a recent version of wine before filing bug reports: http://www.winehq.org/download
I successfully installed R-Studio v1.0.136 and R-3.3.2 with wine-2.1-285-gd00f731. It loads, and I tested demo(image) and demo(graphics).
