Another Crash, loading just finished

Hi,
I just started CT in fullscreen mode (virtual desktop) using native d3dxof.dll
and no music. Game crashes after a few seconds, sometimes it takes longer,
sometimes you see only a still.

This results in wine-crash (see log) or in X-Server freeze (going to 99%). The
executable used: http://tinyurl.com/8llxtp (modified because of programming
mistake)
