[Bug 12346] Installation second cd

Output WINEDEBUG=+relay with some native dlls

Here I tried to use native dlls to install lingvo 12.

That dlls are : msi.dll ole32.dll oleaut32.dll rpcrt4.dll shell32.dll
shlwapi.dll

I wanted to try some more (gdi32.dll advapi32.dll kernel32.dll ntdll.dll
msvcrt.dll user32.dll). But the msvcrt.dll cannot be load and all the other
libraries "are not recommended to overload".

Is it all I can do at this point (except debugging :) ) ?
